Chef David's Kidz Wishgrant Foundation is an international, legal non-profit, non-director paid, Tax - Exempt 501(c)(3) 24-hour Wishgrant charity Foundation for children ages 3yrs old to 18 yrs of age. We grant wishes & help children afflicted with any form of terminal illness or Life-Threatening diseases such as cancer, leukemia, and Pediatric AIDS/HIV, "Muscular Dystrophy" and other diseases, & We also help with battered and abused/neglected children , and ANY child or teen who has become a "VICAAP Victim of Violent Crime Acts " , as well .

For members of ours, we are open and ON-CALL reachable 24hrs/7 days a week, and members calls never go to an answering service or a "weekend voice-mail machine" ever...!! We have handled thousands of different types of wishes & thousands of surprise 15lbs "Treasure-Chest Toybox" grants for children in the last thirty years time we've been in business , and have never failed to help when needed, no matter how many times a child needs us , as 90% of our members who join stay members with us for the rest of their lives till their 18yrs old . then 85% stay in touch after they're 18yrs old !!
Program Description
To become a member of "Chef David's Kids" , the parents should send a dated letter with information about the child's illness and their desire for the child to become a member , & a letter from the attending physician written on his or her letterhead (required) to the above address.  The organization with then contact the physician and start the process of setting up the child as a 'Chef David's Kid' life-long member !
