Mission
Dial-a-Ride is a county wide transportation service for all citizens in Johnson County.  All of our vehicles are wheel chair accessible. This is a curb-to-curb service and no assistance can be provided beyond the curb.

Fixed Route Service available in Greenwood, Franklin, and along US 31 Also provide Fixed Route and Flexible Fixed Route services.
Program Description
RESERVATION HOURS
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 closed for lunch from 12:00- 12:30 PM
After hours leave message on voice mail at 738-5523
Weekend reservations must be in by Friday at 12:00 Noon

RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE by noon the day before trip requested.
Please note: Book your trip as soon as possible.

When making a reservation, please be ready to provide:
  • your name
  • your pickup address
  • your telephone number
  • the time of your scheduled appointment
  • where you will be going (include phone number if possible)
  • the time you want to be picked up for your return trip
  • whether you use a wheelchair or other mobility device
  • dimensions of wheelchair
  • whether anyone else will be riding with you

  • Within Johnson County: 1 Ride: $4.00 + additional $1 for each zone crossed into.
  • Fixed Route Service $1 with free transfers
  • Flexible Fixed Route Service $2.00 with free transfers
