Program Description
Cushing's Syndrome is a rare endocrine disorder caused by excessive amounts of hormones called corticosteroids. If the symptoms of Cushing's Syndrome are due to abnormally high levels of ACTH (adrenocorticotropin) a hormone that stimulates the adrenal glands, the disorder is called Cushing's Disease.
