Mission

The Speech-Language Clinic provides evaluations, screenings, as well as individual and group intervention for children and adults with communication problems. Our missions include the prevision of excellent services to clients as well as the highest quality of clinical training for graduate students.

Program Description

Areas addressed include, but are not limited to:

  • Accent Modification
  • Auditory processing, language comprehension, and other receptive communication difficulties
  • Communication difficulties associated with hearing loss
  • Speech production difficulties such as : speech sound/articulation, stuttering, voice disorders associated with vocal misuse, and a range of medical conditions such as cleft palate, Parkinson’s disease
  • Developmental language difficulties as well as language problems associated with other conditions such as autism, neurological conditions
    Swallowing Problems
Financial

Fees are charged for all services. Credit Cards, medical insurance coverage, sliding fee schedule, and contracts are available. A current fee schedule is available upon request.
