Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS), a program of the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS), Division of Disability & Rehabilitativ Services (DDRS) provides assistance to identify and find resources to meet the needs of deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families, throughout the State of Indiana.
