Mission
Resource Treatment Facility provides mental health services to children and adolescents who are in need of a structured and secure setting while addressing emotional and behavioral impairments.
Program Description
At a glance, Resource Residential Treatment Facility offers:
  • Mental health services in a residential setting for males and females ages 8-18
  • Programming for children and adolescents with an IQ range of 70 and above
  • Specialty tracks to include:
    • SHAPE Program for males
    • COURAGE unit for females
  • PRTF (Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility units) for males and females, ages 11-18
  • AOD (Substance Abuse) treatment
  • Variety of treatment modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, medication management, and psycho-educational groups
  • Medical and dental service coordination
  • On-grounds accredited school, in cooperation with Indianapolis Public Schools including additional access to off-grounds local public schools
  • Independent Living Skills program
  • Cornerstone Community Based Services, geared to assist in reunification preservation efforts
  • Discharge planning for transition into the community
