Program Description
Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults Scholarships The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults is committed to helping young adults continue their education after being affected by cancer through their own diagnosis or the diagnosis of a loved one. All of our scholarships are similar in the following criteria:
  • The award amount is $2500 over 2 semesters.
  • Applicants must have been 15 or older during active treatment or
  • Applicants must have been 15 or older when their parent/sibling was in active treatment.
  • Winner is obligated to organize and run a bone marrow registry drive.
Note: Many scholarships have similar criteria- only ONE application is required per applicant. The application will be evaluated for every scholarship for which the student qualifies. The only excecption is the Sean Silver Memorial Scholarship for a student in active treatment. That application is different and must be filled out separately. Visit the website for more information or to apply.
