Learn @ Lunch with Shane Spotts

Shane Spotts, the director of Indiana’s Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services, will discuss the redesign of the State’s service delivery system for many of the services ADEC provides. He will talk specifically about the FSSA Section 144 Report, a summary of the redesign, which recommends, among other things, developing a new Family Supports Waiver to expand and replace the current Support Services Waiver. Spotts will explain the impact this could have on families and agencies and answer questions from the audience.
