The Arc of Indiana Presents an informational training and sign up for the Medicaid Waiver

Does your child have a disability? Do you know about the Medicaid Waiver Programs?

Attend this informational meeting and learn about the different Waiver programs. You may also bring your most recent evaluations, IFSP, IEP, and complete your application for the Waiver during the session.
Family Advocates will be on hand to help you complete your application.

A staff member from the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities will be in attendance to take your applications and answer any questions you may have about the application process.

When:  Thursday - January 28th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
