Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana Sports Program presents:

2009-2010 RHI Sports Extravaganza

When:    Sunday - January 31st, 2010 - 3pm-7pm

Where:   Indiana State Fairgrounds Grand Hall
              Just off Fall Creek Parkway, across from the Pepsi Coliseum

Cost:     Clinic and Call-Out Free
              Awards Banquet Dinner $10/person
              $15/person after January 15th

Event Schedule

• 3-5pm: Free Clinic: Cornhole, Wii, and other activities
• 3-5pm: New Athlete Call Out: A chance for new participants to learn information about the RHI sports program and teams offered
• 5-7pm: RHI Sports Awards Banquet Dinner: for Athletes and Volunteers
