"Impact of the Supreme Court's ADA Decisions"

On Wednesday, February 3, the National Network of ADA Centers will present a free Webinar entitled "Impact of the Supreme Court's ADA Decisions". The ADA Amendments Act was a major piece of legislation, but it reversed just two of the Supreme Court decisions related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This free Webinar will explain how lower courts have interpreted these Supreme Court decisions, and how these decisions might impact future cases.

The speaker for this Webinar will be Barry Taylor, the Legal Advocacy Director at Equip for Equality, Inc., the Illinois Protection and Advocacy system.
