Aging Workers with Disabilities: Implications for Employers
America's workforce is aging, and disabilities are becoming more common. This conference will discuss the challenges employers will face with an aging workforce, the increasing prevalence of disability, and accommodation policies and practices.
Speakers for this conference will include Susanne Bruyere, Director of Employment and Disability Institute, at Cornell University, and Wendy Strobel, Project Coordinator, DBTAC-Northeast ADA Center.
The free audio conference will be held in ten Indiana locations, and online.
