Mission
Bridges develops and supports mutually beneficial job placements to meet the workforce needs of local employers and the vocational goals of young people.
Program Description
The Marriott Foundation's Bridges project is a transitional school-to-work program for youth with disabilities. It provides students who are preparing to leave high school with job training and work experience that will enhance their employment potential. They also help employers gain access to a valuable source of employees and assist them in working effectively with them.

Today Bridges has programs and offices in eight cities around the United States.  The Bridges approach can be used anywhere.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss your local efforts. Please contact us for more information.
