Boiler-Maker-Wish is a program at Purdue University that was created and run by student-athletes. The mission of Boiler-Maker-Wish is to put a smile on the face of a child or adult facing physical adversity or a life-threatening illness or disability. The goal of our program is to reach out to Boilermaker fans not just in the Lafayette/West Lafayette communities, but also throughout the state of Indiana. We believe in giving back to our biggest fans who mean the most to us!
Program Description
Who is Eligible?
A child (grades K-12) or adult facing a life-threatening illness or physical disability and who is a HUGE Boilermaker fan!
What Can a Participant Wish For?
A child or adult who is eligible for Boiler-Maker-Wish can wish for almost anything and everything that involves Purdue Sports. This ranges from attending a sporting event, meeting players, taking a tour of the facilities, and much more! Our aim is to give each participant a day they will never forget. As long as the wish falls within the scope of Purdue Athletics, then we will do everything possible to make it come true.
When Can an Individual Make a Wish?
Anytime! The wish must regard a Purdue athletic event, but can be submitted at any time. Dates of events can be found on Purdue’s Athletic webpage at

How Does Someone Make a Wish?
Making a wish is simple. All you need to do is fill out a Wish form. You can request this form on our main page in the 'Contact Us' box, which will send us an email of your inquiries or requests. As soon as we receive your request, we will review it and begin making the wish become a reality. You may also download our information sheet and wish form on our contact page!
